Impacted Party Satisfaction Survey

A template for the Impacted Party Satisfaction Survey that can be used to determine the Impacted Party Satisfaction Rate. If modification is necessary, these concepts must form the basis for the questions and responses must be presented in a Likert scale to measure satisfaction properly.
