Communicate externally about human rights impacts and how the Project addresses them
ImpactThe Owner shall communicate externally how the Project addresses identified negative human rights impacts, particularly when concerns are raised by or on behalf of affected parties. Communication methods may include meetings, public events, forums, reports, newsletters, advertising, videos, podcasts, website pages, press releases, media interviews, editorials, articles, or formal public reports. Demographics of the external audience should guide the choice of delivery methods to effectively inform likely impacted parties.

Establish a grievance mechanism for direct reporting of human rights violations to the enterprise
ImpactThe Owner shall create a system that enables workers and impacted parties to directly report incidents of human rights violations to the organization. This mechanism serves as a dedicated channel for individuals to express concerns or complaints regarding actions or conditions that infringe upon their fundamental rights. Its purpose is to provide a straightforward and accessible process for reporting and addressing human rights violations for the Project or Property.
