Complete interactive, activity-based training on social responsibility principles and practices during the construction project
DriverThe Owner shall ensure the provision of interactive, activity-based training at the construction phase of the commercial real estate project, focusing on social responsibility principles. This training shall aim to equip the project team with a comprehensive understanding of these principles and their practical application. Training that does not align with ISO 26000's guidelines or lacks an interactive component is outside the scope of this activity.

Promote community education on social responsibility through creative education and awareness signage campaigns
DriverOwner shall design and implement informative signage campaigns within the property in alignment with the SEAM Standard's emphasis on promoting social responsibility awareness. Drawing inspiration from the principles of nudges, as defined as the automatic triggering of cognitive processes to favor desired outcomes4041, these signs aim to educate building occupants about socially responsible actions they might be unaware of. The ultimate objective is to subtly influence and encourage individuals towards more socially responsible behaviors, thereby promoting an environment that inherently supports and advances the principles of social responsibility.
